Any and all returns must be authorized by Curbstone Kitty within 30 days from the original invoice date.  Curbstone Kitty shall accept no return without prior authorization. The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Curbstone Kitty must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. RMA numbers issued by Curbstone Kitty are good for a period of 15 days.

Customers are responsible for any and all return shipping charges. Curbstone Kitty recommends the use of UPS (United Parcel Services) with proof of delivery for any return shipments.  Returns must be received at Curbstone Kitty within the RMA return period. RMA numbers will only be issued within 30 days from the original invoice date.

Unopened product may be returned for a full product refund, with a valid RMA number. Opened products may be returned within 30 days of original invoice date with a valid RMA number and ALL original packaging, enclosures, and blank warranty cards included; however such returns and/or order cancellations will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.  Please allow 60 to 90 days for processing of return.

Product that is defective upon arrival may be returned for exchange with a valid RMA number. To obtain an RMA number please send an email to srd-enterprises@hughes.net and have a copy of original invoice number for reference.

Order Cancellations must be submitted to Curbstone Kitty in writing via email to       srd-enterprises@hughes.net prior to 5:00 PM EST the same day as original placement of order. Cancellation requests submitted after 5:00PM EST the same business day as original order or thereafter will be subject to our normal return policy cancellation charges.  Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of Curbstone Kitty's products, including, but not limited to cat beds, and cat toys and cat scratching posts, we are unable to accept returns on items which appear to have had prior use and/or testing, due to health issues. Prior use will be determined by Curbstone Kitty's examination of the product.

Curbstone Kitty cannot accept returns of personalized items.
